TICKERTAPE PRODUCTIONS was founded in 2012 by Rosie Oliver.
Rosie Oliver is an audio producer making narrative and oral history-based documentary podcasts, and privately-commissioned life stories (or spoken portraits).
Podcasts include the forthcoming Feminist Art Lives eight part series about the encounter between art and feminism across Britain and Ireland; Women in Revolt! six part series for Tate about art and activism in the UK, 1970-1990; Rebel Dykes about the groundbreaking Rebel Dykes documentary film; and Where to, now the sequins have gone? about Lewisham’s lost gay pubs.
Spoken portrait ‘sitters’ range from decorated public figures such as General Sir Hugh Beach and Sir Bob Scott, to cherished parents and partners.
Rosie was shortlisted for an International Women’s Podcast Award 2024 and for Sound of the Year 2020.
