TICKERTAPE PRODUCTIONS was founded in 2012 by Rosie Oliver.

Rosie Oliver is an audio producer making narrative and oral history-based documentary podcasts, including the Feminist Art Lives eight part series for the Feminist Art Making Histories project presenting stories and insights from their newly created archive, Women in Revolt! six part series for Tate to complement their exhibition about art and activism in the UK from 1970-1990, and Rebel Dykes about the groundbreaking film of the same name.

She also makes spoken portraits presenting people’s life stories in their own words. ‘Sitters’ range from decorated public figures such as General Sir Hugh Beach and Sir Bob Scott, to cherished parents and partners.

Rosie was shortlisted for an International Women’s Podcast Award 2024 and for Sound of the Year 2020.

It has been a privilege to work with Rosie. Her professionalism, editorial insight, and calm guidance throughout this process have been exceptional, and she has brought real care and expertise to every stage of the production.

It was such a pleasure working with you. I had no idea what to expect but you coaxed my story out of me very gently. I wasn’t at all sure what it would either sound like or end up as. Your professionalism brought out the best in me. Not only did you manage to get my garbled story in the correct order but you made our sessions enormously fun.
